We meet you at the car and go over it panel by panel in good light, noting swirls, chips, water spots and any interior trouble spots. You tell us what bothers you and how you use the vehicle, so the plan fits the car in front of us.

You get a written, clear quote that lists each service, the products going on the paint and what the ceramic warranty covers. No hourly surprises and no line items that appear after the fact.

We hold your date1-2 weeks out

Once you approve, we book a firm date and block the bay for the full multi-day job so nothing gets rushed. You get a reminder a couple of days ahead with the drop-off time and what to clear out of the car.

The work happensday of the job

Decon wash, correction under proper lighting and the ceramic layer go on in order, each stage cured before the next. We send you a couple of progress photos so you can see the paint come back before you ever pick it up.

Final walkthrough and papersbefore we leave

We walk the finished car with you under light, check gloss and coverage, and hand you the signed ceramic warranty plus the care sheet for the first weeks. The bay is swept, your mats and trim are back where they belong, and nothing leaves until you have signed off.

Time is the product. A “full detail” in 90 minutes is a wash with a thesaurus.

02For correction: how many stages, and what’s left after?

Every polish spends clear coat. A pro talks about your paint’s budget, and which scratches to leave alone.

03What prep comes before the coating?

Coating over uncorrected paint locks the swirls in. The prep list IS the quality of the coating job.

04What does aftercare honestly look like?

“Never wash again” doesn’t exist on wheels either. Easier washing, yes. No washing, no.

05Interior: vacuum, or extraction?

One makes it look clean, the other makes it clean. Different jobs, different prices, both fine when named.

Getting started

Do you charge for estimates?+

No. Written estimates for every service and commercial plans are always free, we visit, measure, talk through packages and add-ons, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.

How soon can you start?+

Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent renews, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.

What does “free estimates” mean?+

Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.

What should I do before you take the car?+

Grab the glovebox valuables and the parking pass, that is it. Seats, seams, settings and child-seat reinstall notes are our homework.

Can you price over the phone?+

A realistic range by size and condition, gladly. The quote needs five minutes under our light, sun hides what the meter finds.

What happens during the free consult?+

We walk the car under proper light, map a panel or two with the gauge, show you a test spot if correction is on the table, and price the whole job flat.

Do you come to me or do I come to you?+

Both. Interior and maintenance details travel fine, correction and ceramic want our lighting and controlled cure, we will say honestly which yours needs.

Correction, ceramic & finish

Why do my black panels show circles in the sun?+

Swirl marks, wash damage from sponges and tunnel brushes dragging grit in circles. Correction levels them, and our wash method stops making new ones.

Is ceramic really worth it?+

On a corrected finish, yes: months of easier washing, real UV and chemical resistance, deep gloss. On an uncorrected finish it locks the swirls in, which is why prep is the price.

How is this different from the $30 car wash?+

The tunnel moves dirt fast with brushes that scratch. We remove contamination by hand, correct measured, protect warrantied, different product entirely.

What is paint correction, in plain words?+

Machine-leveling the clear coat until scratches and swirls stop catching light, measured with a thickness gauge so we never take more than the finish can give.

Which finish look suits my car?+

Can you get smoke smell out, really?+

Yes, source removal, enzymes and ozone in that order, then a re-smell days later before we call it done. Perfume bombs are not a method.

Durability, care & guarantee

My headlights were restored once and yellowed again, why?+

The polish removed haze and the last of the UV layer, clarity without protection. We sand to sound lens and lay a cured UV barrier, that is the part that lasts.

How long does a full detail take?+

Most cars run half a day, correction and ceramic one to two days including cure. The written schedule lands before we start, loaners of coffee included.

Is the work guaranteed?+

Yes, in writing, correction results, ceramic terms and interior standards. If the gloss does not hold as promised, we make it right.

Is the Care Plan worth it?+

For most drivers, yes: an annual inspection, free scuff and touch-up visits, priority scheduling, and 15% off future projects typically pay for the membership the first time you use it, and keep every finish looking new.
